I liked being there, the place is beautifully designed and stylish.

There were a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card in my double room.

The venue is nicely decorated, food is brilliant, excellant location near the train station.

The staff were very nice and pleasant too. We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with balconies. The location was great and a tram station was close to the hotel. There was a MODEST restaurant, a main market and a market next door. A great selection of food for breakfast, everything was excellent.

Best staff and incredible location close to all attractions, everything was perfect. They gave me neat and elegant room with nice comfortable bed, balconies and a good shower. The breakfast was marvellous with many different options, nice food. I loved to be in this place.

Great location close to the main tourist attractions such as Beethovenhaus and a beautiful view of the river. The hotel is conveniently located in front of a tram station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean, bright, and comfortable, with a big shower in the bathroom. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and speaks good English. The breakfast is generous and filling, offering a typically excellent German breakfast. However, the only downside is the unprofessional staff at the reception and bar, lacking customer management skills.

The venue is fairly clean, with excellent location so close to the tram / bus stations as well as a crossroad. Modest room, nice bed and a modern decor. Real good overall experience.

Magnificent views, truly enjoyed good setting.

It was fairly clean, staff was best and lively. The property was in the centre of the city. Was in a busy area and close to restaurants and canteens. We had a really nice stay at this brand-new hotel.

The room was great value for money and contemporary with fantastic bar with 50 different gins in the menu, nice comfortable bed, fantastic bar, terrific service...

Not professional staff!

This hotel ticks all the boxes for a great stay. the location is fantastic, just outside the city center of Bonn. It's super easy to get here from the train station, either with a short walk or a quick ride on the U-bahn, which conveniently stops right in front of the hotel. Secondly, the staff here are amazing - friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. They go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the attention to detail in this hotel is commendable. The rooms are clean and well-designed, with great insulation for a peaceful night's sleep. And the breakfast? It's delicious and offers a nice selection to satisfy every taste.

The location was great and lovely for me, in front of a tram station. It was also next to the city center of Bonn, close to the main tourist attraction and restaurants.

We loved staying at this hotel! It was conveniently located near the city center, transportation, and all the attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and functional, and the staff was helpful. We especially appreciated the underground parking and the great breakfast!
